Phoenix Comic Fest 2018

Day 1

For the first day of the con, I wasn't quite sure what to expect since I've only gone to 2 horror cons in California & they were significantly smaller than this (there are 4 floors to this Convention Center). As I went through bag check/security I saw everyone in their cosplay's & I started getting really excited. I took the escalator down to the ground floor & I immediately started tearing up because I felt at home. The amount of like-minded people in one place for the same reason I was is a magical feeling. I couldn't wait to see what day 2 had in store for me! (if you know any of the cosplayers in these photos, please email me!)

Day 2

Saturday is usually the busiest day for a con & I wasn't disappointed. This time around I was a bit more comfortable with asking cosplayers for photos & since I had so much free time, I was able to walk around at my own ease & check out the cool shops, gaming area & set pieces that Arizona cosplay organizations brought with them for the con. I will say that my feet were aching & my body hated me for all the constant walking I did, but it was all worth it (if you know any of the cosplayers in these photos, please email me!)

Day 3

The final day of the con was bittersweet, as I walked around the same areas for the 20th time I really took everything in because I knew that I wouldn't be seeing them again. I saw a lot of cosplayers that I had taken photos of that past few days before & remembered how I walked up to them asking for a photo nervous beyond belief. I'll never forget this weekend & all of the awesome people I met/took photos of. I hope to come back next year & do it all over again! (if you know any of the cosplayers in these photos, please email me!)
