2017 Recap

Last year I told myself that I wanted to go above & beyond & push myself to the limit, but I didn't do that. I let myself down. I got into this depressed state where all I wanted to do was go to work, come home, watch movies & not be bothered (super unhealthy, I know) My photography took a major backseat this year & I'm to blame. I didn't care about taking photos anymore, I was disappointed with my work & I hated that I was still in the same spot as before while others were striving towards their goals (If you don't put in the work, you can't move forward) I needed to snap out of this "I'm no good, I lost my creative spark" bullshit that I put myself in & get back to work. In the middle of May, I shot a show & It felt great to get back into the music scene because it reminded me why I started shooting bands in the first place

While I did take a "break" I was able to take some good photos that I'm proud of & the best part is that I learned how to take better photos even after months of not shooting. I can't thank my family & friends enough for always being there for me even when I'm not. Anyway, I hope y'all enjoy the photos I did take & I hope to keep my motivation at an all time high in 2018
